The cost estimates for trademark application are listed in our fee schedule, including application, publication, registration, deficiency remedy and disbursements, but excluding necessary amendments and replies to office actions warned of in advance, responses to oppositions, appeals against office actions. Please also note that Notarization charges, legalization charges, necessary costs for obtaining any necessary documents and evidence and the translation costs thereof are not included. Adjustments may also be made if there are any changes to the official fees after filing. The above costs are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to change without notice.

1. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Ebrand Limited and mailed to Unit C, 5/F., Best-O-Best Commercial Centre, 32-36 Ferry Street, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Please write down the invoice no. at the back of your cheque. Receipt will be mailed to you within 3 working days.
